Full Stack Developer - Courier & Logistics Software

What You'll Work With

Backend

  • PHP 8.2+ with strict typing

Own Infrastructure - Not AWS

  • Hands-on with real hardware & bare-metal servers
  • High-availability database clusters (MaxScale)
  • Custom deployment pipelines & monitoring
  • Direct performance optimization & scaling

Requirements

  1. 3+ Years Full Stack Experience
    Proven track record building and shipping production web applications with PHP/Laravel and modern JavaScript frameworks.
  2. Strong Laravel & PHP Skills
    Deep understanding of Laravel ecosystem (Eloquent, queues, events, middleware, service containers). Experience with PHP 8+ features and best practices.
  3. Vue.js Proficiency
    Hands-on experience with Vue.js (preferably Vue 3). Comfortable with component architecture, state management, and modern frontend tooling.
  4. Database & Performance
    Strong SQL skills (MariaDB/MySQL). Understanding of indexing, query optimization, and database design for high-traffic applications.
  5. DevOps Mindset
    Comfortable with Docker, Git, and deployment automation. Bonus points for Ansible, Bash scripting, or infrastructure-as-code experience.
  6. Problem Solver & Team Player
    Strong debugging skills, clean code practices, and excellent communication. Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with the team.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with real-time systems (WebSockets, Pusher, etc.)
  • Knowledge of courier/logistics industry workflows
  • API integration experience (third-party services, webhooks)
  • Testing experience (PHPUnit, Pest, Jest)
  • Understanding of security best practices
